Growing MiraBurstTM Berries in Their Native Habitat
MiraBurstTM berries, also known as miracle berries or miracle fruit, are native to western Africa where the soil acidity is naturally high (pH 4.5 to 5.8). The hot, wet tropical climate provides the miracle berry bushes with the perfect environment for producing the highest potency berries possible.
Although the miracle fruit berry bush rarely grows over five feet when cultivated outside of West Africa, it can reach heights as tall as 18 feet in countries like Ghana. The miracle berry bush produces fruits a number of times a year in its native habitat. Once the berries reach their peak ripeness, they are picked carefully by hand. The berries are immediately frozen for our freshly-frozen miracle berries or dried for our easy-melt miracle berry tablets, thus ensuring their efficacy.
