Miracle berry and vegetables
Miracle berry enhances the taste of only sour or tart foods, fruits and drinks into sweet tasting without any added sugar or sweetener. Since most vegetables are neither sour nor tart, miracle berry will not change the taste.
However, if a lemon-based salad dressing is used on a vegetable salad, the taste may turn sweet with miracle berry. In the same way, if sour or tart fruits are added to green vegetables to prepare a green smoothie (with fruits), the smoothie can taste sweet and delicious without any added sugar or sweetener.

This is all through the miracle berry from his homeland in Ghana—a taste-modifying superfruit that tricks the mind into perceiving sour or tart food, fruit, and drinks as sweet without any added sugars or sweeteners.”
