Red White and Blue Berry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

Labor Day is right around the corner, signaling the end of the warm, long days of summer. As you and your family and friends gather for (what might be) the last time this season, celebrate with this delicious easy-to-make and healthy Red, White, and Blue Berry Yogurt Popsicles recipe.

This recipe combines strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt to make a celebration-appropriate treat to cool off and enjoy the fresh fruits of the season. And it’s super-healthy, too! Strawberries and blueberries are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber and have been found to improve your overall health and as well as fight against the onset of diseases like diabetes. Yogurt is an equally powerful superfood that is high in protein and nutrients like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. It is also a probiotic, which means that it can provide the body with healthy bacteria that improve digestion and immune system functions.

To keep the healthy integrity of the ingredients in this recipe intact, we’ve omitted the sugar that is often used to sweeten berries and yogurt and recommend eating this treat after consuming a MiraBurst Miracle Berry Tablet. Miracle berries are taste modifiers that can transform the flavors of sour and acidic foods so they taste sweet naturally. Just let a MiraBurst tablet melt on your tongue before eating sour foods and be amazed when they taste super-sweet for up to 90 minutes after using the miracle berry tablet.
