Blackberry Lime Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Makes four servings

Ingredients

12 ounces fresh or frozen blackberries (3 cups)

1 1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons lime juice

Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Add the blackberries, yogurt, water, and lime juice to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

2. Pour the smoothie mixture evenly into four glasses. Garnish by adding lemon wedges to the sides of the glasses or thread a straw through the wedges. Serve immediately.
