Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged for several reasons if most of the original product shipped (~75+%) is not used and is intact, or if it is determined that the consumer had followed the exact instructions as specified in the instructions card. Simply send the items back to us within 48 hours of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package and conduct a quality assurance evaluation, we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping and handling fees.

Please note that all MiraBurst™ products are natural products in which the glycoprotein miraculin is always present but it may have been reduced if the product instructions are not fully followed. If it doesn't work properly, it is NOT because of the fruit but rather its misuse or mishandling and thus, the reduction of the active ingredient efficacy will result.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot always accept returns or refunds due to issues like:

Product didn't work; the food taste was not altered; the effect was not long enough; change of mind after the order has been shipped without previous written order cancellation; customer not present on the day of delivery date and when the product arrived, it was left outside without adequate refrigeration causing product to spoil.

MiraBurst™ will not be liable for product sent to the wrong address because the information was not entered correctly by the customer. Please check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Instructions:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your MiraBurst product, simply email us at returns@miraburst.com within 48 hours of receipt with explanation why you are not satisfied. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, circle the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
  3. Use the mailing address for your label below to address your return shipment.
  4. Take the package to your preferred UPS or FedEx shipping location to have it delivered to us by air. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN FROZEN BERRIES.
